What Surge 2 Means for Your Commute

June 18-July 3: Arlington Cemetery to Rosslyn

While the majority of the work for the second maintenance surge will take place in DC, a segment is also being shut down in Arlington. There will be no rail or bus service between Arlington Cemetery and Rosslyn.

Commuters have two options to work around the shutdown - travel via L'Enfant Plaza or ride ART 43, which connects Crystal City to Rosslyn in just 10 minutes.

If you accidentally take the Blue Line to Arlington Cemetery, Rosslyn Metro Station is a 24-minute (1.1 mile) walk away.
