Back to school is a good time to consider a new commute. Get inspired by colleagues’ stories, and practice on Walk and Bike to School Day.

Meet Teachers Making the Switch

Arlington Public School employees carpool and bike together

Switch-APS-Employees.jpgMobility Lab's video The Switch highlights the innovative work that Arlington Transportation Partners and Arlington Public Schools (APS) do together to positively impact the lives of APS employees. This is the first in a series of videos about employees in Arlington making the switch from driving alone to a different option. Here, four Arlington Public School employees who carpool and bike together share their experiences.

Oakridge Elementary School Principal, Dr. Lynne Wright, admits she wouldn’t have thought of staff transportation if ATP hadn’t brought it to her attention, and now her school is a top Champion. It’s not just her - every school can make the switch. Contact ATP to see what your school can achieve this school year.
